Can you design the mouse so it clicks by it's self? Maybe when you lift it up from the desk more than say 6" it pops straight automatically? an when you set it down it turns on an pops into the arch? that way your friends don't pick it up to just to sit there an pop it back and fourth, eventually wouldn't it have no more snap left? or would the snap just snap into like you were bending a wire back and fourth?

They are probably provisional patents which mean they expire in 12 mo if you don't produce a tangible product. Millions of people have ideas. Ideas are just ideas without a product. How many products do you have on the market?
